Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fast Connector, an OAuth connector gateway service operated by Deal.ai Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Fast Connector, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Fast Connector is an API gateway service that enables applications to integrate with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Sheets, Drive), Slack, Notion, and HubSpot. We facilitate OAuth authentication and proxy API requests on behalf of authorized users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fast Connector. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account and Connections

When you connect a third-party service through Fast Connector:

• You authorize us to obtain and securely store OAuth tokens for your connected accounts
• You authorize us to make API requests to connected services on your behalf
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the applications you use that integrate with Fast Connector
• You can disconnect any service at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fast Connector for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any rate limits or access controls
• Share API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' connections or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our services

5. Third-Party Services

Fast Connector integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. Your use of those services through Fast Connector is also subject to their respective terms:

• Google Terms of Service
• Slack Terms of Service
• Notion Terms of Service
• HubSpot Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services.

6. Privacy

Your use of Fast Connector is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

Fast Connector and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deal.ai Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Fast Connector. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend access for users who violate these Terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FAST CONNECTOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAL.AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use Fast Connector
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Fast Connector
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through Fast Connector

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deal.ai Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Fast Connector or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, providing additional notice through the service or email.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Fast Connector immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
